Allison Bates M.A., RCC

Allison Bates, M.A., RCC is a caring and non-judgmental person with a sincere interest in helping people overcome challenges in their lives. She has training and experience working with people from a variety of cultural and spiritual backgrounds and has several years of experience working with people challenged by severe mental illness. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and her Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from City University, a private, accredited university in Vancouver.

Allison is married and enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as water sports and watching movies.

Susie Merz M.C., R.C.C.

Susie Merz, M.C., R.C.C, brings to her work as a therapist a respectful and compassionate approach, and she firmly believes in client’s capacity for insight which will lead to change and growth. Her goal is to create a safe space for clients to bring their concerns and struggles, and to collaborate with clients in order for them to be empowered to move forward in their lives in all areas. She has worked in several counselling settings with a wide range of therapeutic issues and with clients of various ages and backgrounds, including work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Susie enjoys being outdoors, biking, playing tennis, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
